BOOKING AND PAYMENT POLICY
Securing your place To secure your place on a course you must pay the full amount. Your payment can be made online by credit card or PayPal. If you wish to pay by an alternative method please contact us.
Cancellations Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a course. It is not possible to refund any cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the course start date.
We reserve the right to cancel a course at any time. Under such circumstances we will reschedule your booking to a time convenient to you or provide you with a full refund.
Compensation will not be payable and we accept no liability for loss of profit under any circumstances.
Non-Attendance of Courses Please be aware that if you do miss any sessions, these cannot be transferred to another course.
Transfers Bookings for photography courses and tours are non-transferable: you must attend the course or tour you have booked a place on, on the correct dates and at the stated times.

Promotional Vouchers We will honour the terms & conditions stated on any redeemed promotional voucher for the voucher holders first booking only.
Our standard booking & payment policy - detailed on this page - is applicable beyond the first booking.
Severe Weather In the event of severe weather conditions (as defined by the UK Met Office) we reserve the right to cancel any course which takes place either partially or wholly outdoors.
Under such circumstances an alternative course date will be provided.
Non-Paying Guests It is not possible to bring a non-paying guest, such as a friend or family member, with you to any of our courses or tours.
All attendees must have a valid booking and have hold a ticket.
Use of Images Images produced while attending our courses may be used by us for promotional purposes thorough print and web media.
